People Development

The OPSOL culture is to be the catalyst in the development their people to achieve not only customer satisfaction but also each individuals goals and aspirations.

Aligning training and development with business needs is key to sustainability of OPSOL's growth.

Every employee has their own personal development plan supported by internal and external training. Production Operators are trained to IPC Standard 610 in addition to this we also have Management, Engineering and Administrative qualifications being worked towards.

As part of the sustainable growth plan we have partnered with a local School and Academy to run their electronics courses on site using our purpose built training facility where we can assist in the coordination of their project work.

Personal training plans are agreed with each individual from the youngest apprentice to the most experienced employee.
